Problem behaviour can compromise our psychological and physical wellbeing, which can put us in a situation where we feel offended, frightened or traumatised. We all have the right to feel safe and to be left alone.

These situations becomes complicated when the person/s of concern wont stop, when any attempt of a stop message fails (including managerial and legal actions) and when the status quo of fear and uncertainty begin to emerge.

 

The questions which come to mind are: Why wont it stop? What now? Who can make it stop? Code Black is the answer to these questions.
