Risk Assessments for MACNI

We provide risk assessments for MACNI clients, including as part of the care plan development. We work with the referrer to establish Terms of Reference prior to completing the assessment. 

MACNI Care Plan Development

Code Black have experience developing MACNI care plans for clients who have been determined eligible by an area panel. We  develop care plans that are client-specific and grounded in the current literature. 

We are able to complete care plans for any of the four  DHHS divisions. 

Child Protection 

We are able to complete state-wide child protection assessments. This includes: 

  • Parenting capacity assessments;

  • Risk assessments;

  • Access assessments

Our psychologists are able to travel to the location of the client/family for direct evaluation.
